Rise of Flight Multiplayer

Salute!

Can anyone tell me if there will be a multiplayer element of Rise of flight and if so, how will it work? Will it be on hosted servers or a server I make? I've been involved in Dawn of Aces online and am wanting to make a move. I have a small squadron there, but was thinking that Jasta Klugerman will need an arch nemisis and the 94th Aero Squadron would fill the bill nicely.

Regards,
VonKost (AKA Fyvsix)

Another online squadron out of the horizon!Im glad to see my squadron has created an ROF online squadron fad.We can have our squadrons meet up and have a private dogfight.Let the best flier win!

Kost,

We know little of the game's details (like available features), but there will be multiplayer. You can use a paint kit included with the game to create and customize your own paint scheme, you can fly under certain game modes (no specific names yet), and it is intended to be oriented towards clans (in other words, it's not supposed to be a Free-For-All).

Hope that helps.

There's going to be an interview with the ROF designers posted by David Calhoun from WWI Air Combat.com, where he'll likely ask some of these questions. Hopefully he'll have the article up on his website in the next few days:
