I Have a Problem With Rise of Flight
I bought RoF and I installed it and registered online. They are supposed to send me an e-mail so I can enter my product key so I can play but they haven't sent the e-mail. What can I do?

Depending on where you bought it from, you can email the vendor and hopefully they will sort it out. I suspect contacting Aerosoft will get things moving, since they are the main support vendor for it.

The same thing happened to me. I believe their registration server just plain doesn't work sometimes. I waited a day and then re-registered. If it continues to not get you a confirmation e-mail, contact the developer and they can set it up for you manually. If needed, I can give you the e-mail address I used when I get to my home computer.

Dont know has it been changed, but when I registered (early july) you didnt need confirmation email. I made my account from forums. Just make account there and in profile set game cd-key (So I never even had to go ingame account creation route).

I have not bought ROF but I have had problems with this register online and get a registration key sent to you business from several other purchases. It can be very frustrating for the honest purchaser and doubly so when you upgrade your Pc and find the key they gave you will not work on the new computer. Had that hassle from Aerosoft a while back and they didnt seem to understand my annoyance when I quoted proof of purchase numbers at them and wanted another key. The only company to give me complete customer service satisfaction so far with online registration has been Abacus, so good luck with your problem.
