Hi Cam
According to the book 'Foreign Awards to Australia from World War One to Korea' by Kerry Bulow all three that you mentioned were awarded the Belgian Croix de Guerre. Can't see any reference to 'B30' in this book, but it must be the AWM's abbreviation for it.
The book has Basil John Blackett listed as having the Belgian Croix de Guerre, French Croix de Guerre & French Legion of Honour Chevalier
The following is a list of Belgian medals awarded to Australians in WW1.
Order de Leopold, Commander x1
Order de Leopold, Officer x1
Order de Leopold, Chevalier x3
Order de Leopold, Chevalier avec Palme x1
Order de Leopold, Chevalier avec Croix de Guerre x3
Order de la Couronne, Grand Officer x2
Order de la Couronne, Officer x2
Order de la Couronne, Chevalier x3
Medaille du Roi Albert x1

Regards
Andrew
