Bleriot part identification

A friend has just acquired this Bleriot part. I would be very grateful if anyone could identify it from the photograph he's taken?

That's an interesting piece. You might e-mail Don Campbell through his web site, www.bleriot.org , he's the biggest Bleriot nut I know.

Airpump, prop missing. This pump was mounted at the 2 seater in Paris. I have the prop.
