Another piece of fabric. Authentic?
Following is images from a piece of fabric that supposedly came from same aircraft as the one discussed in this thread. authentic fabric ???, you decide
Fabric piece has between 52 and 54 threads per inch. Front side is almost completely covered in what I assume is clear dope. On top of this it appears to have been completely covered with a very dark brown/green paint. Most of this paint has flaked off from being handled and stored in an old envelope for many years. Thoughts?
