Ritterton Two-seater Pilot Join Date: Jan 2009 Location: Pacific Northwest Posts: 242	Real Photo - Hindenburg greets an observer... So, I picked this up and was pretty excited about it as it is one of Hindenburg greeting an observer before he takes command of the German Army. What is interesting is that the observer shaking his hand appears to be next to another person in a similar uniform, but minus the observer badge - but with a ribbon bar on his chest. The back provides information but I am having a heck of a time with it beyond "Hindenburg greets...." then there is the date 1 Aug 1916 with a location. The A in the B is the owner/photographer I think... I have a request into Harry on the writing...but folks want to chime in on this one? Take care, R
