I thought this might be use full to all the 1/72 diorama/ wargamers amongst us,

'Pilots and Technicians of WW1' 1/72 scale box set. This set is produced by 'Orion' from Russia and features 48 figures in 24 different poses. The set seems to include figures from French, German ,British and Russian airforces.
Take a look on the Hannants site www.HANNANTS.CO.UK
or www.michtoy.com (Michigan toy soldier co.)

They look very nice with figures 'swinging the prop' waving from cockpits etc!

Too big for my scale of modeling though

I received this figure set today in the mail - and they are absolutely excellent!! Very fine detail, lots of characterisation, wonderful selection. Couldn't be faulted. And very good value. Need I say more?
Cheers

Hi Ross
I bought them on ebay from Oleg Voronkin who is in Ohio, USA. The set was brand new and cost US$6.99 + $4.40 postage. Oleg's ebay name is ogo8765. The package arrived in less than a week.
Cheers
James

They're at http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewIt...4&category=2635 with a nice link to the manufacturer's website with closeups and descriptions of the figures.

Got mine today and they are a delight. Different nationalities and personalities are indicated in the box art, but at 1:72 who can tell? But that packaging! A zip-lock bag holds the lot with room for three more sets in the box. Someone has been taking lessons from software marketers.

Greetings All,
Received my order from Michigan Toy and although I don't do much in 1/72,
I found these figures to be well done. Some pretty imaginative characters and poses. Now if they would only release a 1/48 version!
