Pegasus Ansaldo SVA

I'm hoping one of you knowledgeable folks can direct me to where I might buy a 1/48 Pegasus kit of the Ansaldo SVA

IIRC Pegasus makes only 1/72 kits, the same producer makes 1/48 kits as a "Blue Max" brand.

IIRC Artiplast did an Ansaldo in 1/48 or 1/50.

'fraid so. The Pegasus range is 1:72 scale, the Blue Max range is 1:48 scale but does not yet include the SVA, nor is one listed in the 2004 release programme on their web site (although Michael's link appears to suggest otherwise). Spin resin have a SVA in the manly scale, but if you enjoy the challenge the old Artiplast kit is still available from Smer for far less.

The SMER kit of the Ansaldo SVA is still available from Roll Models for less than $5.00. The kit is slightly underscale at about 1/50th scale and has some inaccuracies but with a little bit of work, it can ba made into a very nice kit indeed. The decal sheet is really nice.
The Spin model is the more accurate of the two and is to a truly 1/48th scale, but itis also priced accordingly!
