morning all

started building the pfalz dr1 by copper state this morning.
and noticed that some of the resin parts have a slight warp in them.
ive heard that heating them will cure this,but what method can you heat the parts ?

Hot water. But watch how long you leave it in. Then quickly straighten the item. I would then dunk it into cold water as soon as you have got it straight. I did this yesterday to a resin wing on my BE2C. Worked fine.

Greetings all; Another similar method is to trap the piece between two plates of picture glass held together by rubber bands. Then immerse at brief intervals in hot water (not boiling.) This way only the warp is really affected when straightening the piece out.
