My Gallery
Ross ;
that is great news. I have wanted to make a model of the Curtiss N-9 in the markings of the South China Air Service with the Curtiss OXX6 engine and the big radiator. My Father flew them along with the Custiss HS2L flying boats. The Canton area of China is a delta and lots of water. They had some N-9s they converted to land planes using Jenny landing gear.
That is good news!
Blue skies,
Dan-San

If you have the Loenings, you can see another release from Olimp, in their Pro resin line. Yes, it's not WW1, but still a biplane - one that hasn't been kitted yet at all.

And for those who haven't ventured into resin yet, and are looking for a great starter kit, then look no further than Olimp's Pro resin Loenings - any of them (although the LS-1 (M-8-1S) float plane is a little more challenging than the land version). In fact, if you buy and build the prototype, you'll be building a WW1 kit, as it flew before the war ended (but too late to see production for the war).

You can see more information about the Loenings in my in-the-box review on Internet Modeler.
