From the previous post...In the mean time our hero (the German incarnation of Siegfried) sits in the cockpit of the shattered D. 7532/17 and ponders the incident that led to this day several months previous when he cracked up his Albatros D.III (OAW) 1650/17. (All figures are Copper State models except the one standing on the far right that is a modified Eduard item...new head.

I've always wondered what he looks like - and now I know he looks like he absolutely should!!

Okay, I know it's "Foto Fun", but didn't your mother tell you that too many "Ginger Snaps" aren't good for you?

Incredible as it may seem there are acutally people in the world now visiting the aerodrome that are not familiar with the story of Major Ginger. (Where is that tongue in cheek smilie?) Now elevated to the status of the Great Biggles allow me to offer the links to the much heralded and soon to be syndicated stories.

Stephan;
So that is one of the famous Purple Fokkers I've heard so much about. I like it! The photo of the Albatros split in the middle looks like my OAW Albatros, hey, that pilot kind of looks like me! Oh, the embarassment! h34r:
