Famous Dan San

I picked up a May 1990 copy of Aero to find Dan-San Abbott mentioned. It was an article about the Albatros DV.

Here's how it opens,

Dan-San Abbott has done serious studying of the construction techniques of the Albatros D-series plywood-covering fuselages:...

I'm happy to be a part of The Aerodrome, just wanted to say that.

Too cool, Dan San!

And if you truly live in Sacramento, you are close enough to pay him a call someday. R.

Rick:
He would be most welcome to visit my home here in Ceres, California. I extend this welcome to all who wish to visit me, sit, have a chat, some coffee
or whatever.
Rick, tomorrow I will finish the Spandau drawing. That leaves the P.u.W. bombs and the hand granades and I am FINISHED!!!!!!! The invitation also extends to you Rick.
Blue skies,
Dan-San

Dan San always gets top billing from me. No matter what 'Strine Toad' says. (Member who has more gaul than brains.) He is a great guest to have at your house by the way and my friend. So it will be as long as the grass grows and the river flows!
