The URL you used will not allow you to post the pictire directly with the below. The URL should end with jpg or gif.

To add an image into your post you will see an icon above when you post a topic or reply. This will open a small window that will allow you to put the picture URL in.

I just tried it. Yup. The Drome software doesn't like your image format (.av?) and defaults to a hot link.

When you post an image with a host server then cut and paste the link - here the image = XXX >>>>> [img]XXX[/img] will show up as normal when when you submit the reply.

When you down load an image directly from your computer then it shows up in the thumbnail format that you click on to open.
