Black Hawk control line WWI models

Black Hawk Models is offering a line of glow-powered profile and 3-D solid balsa control line model kits. It includes 1/2A (e.g., .049) models of the Nieuport N.17 (profile) and Fokker Dr.I (3-D), both designed by Walter Musciano.

As far as I know, Black Hawk doesn't have a website, but some information on the models can be found at:

Black Hawk's e-mail address is:

I think I'll buy one and fly it at the Dawn Patrol 05 event?

Thanks very much for the link. Now I know where to buy control line parts and kits. I still have the Pitts Special I built from the old Sterling(?) kit back in the early 60s. The Black Hawk kit looks just like it.

You start flying with a full bag of luck and an empty bag for experience. The object is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.
