Aviation USK

I'm having trouble getting in contact with Aviation USK in Nebraska. Are they still in business?

I have found them to be so unresponsive that it was too frustrating dealing with them. Waste of time.

I tried for two days to contact them by phone and their answering machine was full. I did fax an order for two magazines and I haven't received the order as yet, but to be fair, it's been under three weeks. I'll post a reply when I receive the order.

I've had an order since Feb. 28. I've e-mailed them I don't konw how many times. I got one (1) response back in early June, all it said was we'll expedite. Since then I've tried calling and all I get is the answering machine saying "Memory Full!" I've written 3 letters since 1 Sept. and no reply. I'm thinking of calling the chamber of comerce in that town and see what they say. JW

just e-mailed the local newspaper in Bellevue. here's their e-mail addys for those wanting them. the first is for getting hold of a reporter, which I used to ask for help in this. The other is for letters to the editor.

Ok guys here's the scoop. I called the C-o-C, in Bellevue. The gave me the number for the Better Business Beurea. I called and found out there's been complaints before. It seems they won't respond withuot the BBB getting involved because the lady told me they always respond after a complaint. These complaints can be filed on at the BBB website I'll list below. Go to the laeft side of the screen and click on complaints and follow the steps. I filed mine. JW
