Roden Camels?

Was just perusing a model site on the net which had its Roden inventory listed and among this was TBA release dates for Roden 1/72 kits of the F.1 and 2F.1 Sopwith Camels.

http://sandlehobbies.com/plastickits...t/roden72.html

Does this mean Roden are working on Camel releases? I'd love to know as after building my Roden SE, they'd be my first pick for any hump backed I'd be making.

Cheers,

Junior.

The Missing Link...

Roden Kits In Process Page

This is the actual link to the Roden 'Kits In Process' Page. I think I counted 5 different proposed Camel variants (and no Bacterian version either! )

This is not a Roden Camel either... If a dodgy model shop tries to sell you one of these as the latest Roden Camel, refuse politely and leave the store in a prompt and orderly manner. Then find a reputable retailer....

The camels have been up for some time. They have given us no further info that what we see on their page. Yet they are doing other stuff in front of these that are listed after these. Makes sense?

Hi Ross;

The Camels do seem to be just about at the top of the queue, at least for the first subject of the batch, the Camel F.1 ... Should be an interesting kit.

shows what I know!!!

Great!
And I thought Degelow's top wing had an inverted white V on it. That's what I've done my version as, no going back now!! Still, not to worry, my old mate Carl won't mind

Bob the buckle man

P.S I would love a set of Stag decals for my Degelow DVII. The ones I had, cracked up into
tiny bits! So if anyone would like to trade some decals for buckles then give me a shout!!
Fairly new (1year or less) please.

My Gallery
Degelow's Fok.D.VII.

Bob_buckles:
I am of the same opinion, it is a white inverted V on the center of the top wing of Ltn.Carl Degelow's Fok.D.VII(Alb). I came up with that information in October 1980, I have seen nothing since that has changed my mind.
Blue skies,

I'm for that, nother Camel would be a fine compliment. I would just like to see a nice Bentley included.
