Modeling is the hot topic on the "Drome"

Greetings all; It looks like Models has topped out other relavent threads on the Drome. Today with Aircraft at 16,935 and Models at 16,979 we see an interesting turn of events. Looks like we are bring new ideas and modelers to our venue. Model On!

I am a 41 year old returning to the hobby of modeling. It's hard to imagine something like this forum twenty years ago. I hope this forum keeps growing. Adam

Cool More than a hobby...

Modeling for me is a way to examine the history of early flight. It's also a great way to relax. There is something very meditative about the whole process, from the research to the final feeling of accomplishment as the last bit of rigging dries. Discovering the lives of the pilots through their machines is really a lot of fun.
