Alb. built Fokker DVII 727-926/18

Hello,
Could someone confirm if Alb. built Fokker DVII #727-926/18 was a late production machine??? Have the decals for Wilhelm Kuhne's mount for a future build, and I wanted to get the aircraft right. Thanks.
Willy

Incorrect serial numbers.

StephenLawson:
The serial number you have assigned to Fok.D.VII (Alb) 2450 to 2799/18 are Pfalz D.XII serial numbers and ordered by Idfleig in April 1918 for 400 Pfalz D.XII 2400 to 2799/18.
You can verify this by checking the Pfalz D.XII Datafile 41, page seven.

Dan-San

I thought this was a bit odd. Wally Tripp who did the article in WWI Aero quoted these serials for the Alb. built Fok. D.VII type. Recently when I did the Pfalz D.XII study I ran across this anomally. He says that he used Pete Grosz photos. Curiouser and curiouser. I can of course find no other reference to these except as Pfalz D.XII types. I'll amend the above to reflect this. Thanks Dan. As always I can get the straight of it from you.

As a further note there were a number of Fokker built BMW equipped Fokker D.VII's from the first production run.

Dave Watts posted his research on this subject around Oct 2004 and he identified the BMW equipped aircraft by serial number.
