Windsock magazine index

Hello All,

Do any of you know of an index available for Windsock magazine, or failing that how I could make one?

Cheers

Google always helps...

In my own early searching to understand which datafile number covers what I came across some sites that have a list of sorts you may find helpful...

http://www.wingswithwires.com/catalog/datafile_list.asp

http://www.brookhursthobbies.com/Albatros.htm

and in especially!:

http://www.hrunway.com/shop/en-us/dept_3.html

the latter gives you tabs to pick for alphabetic, by number, and other edition items like specials and mini-datafiles.

Hope this helps....

Windsock Int'l Index...

Now realizing your seeking the Pub... if you can open eBay auction# 5958604103 (It closes Feb 28, 4:31PST - or thereafter try doing a completed item search for its seller) the seller has over 30 back issues for sale and you can get some info from eBay listings past, present, and future. eBay can be handy... I'm sure you could make a complete list eventually if you keep your eyes open for them... Best wishes...

Jagdstaffeln,

I was lucky enough to get the complete set of Windsock magazine back issues at a bargain price but now want to organise an index for them.

Cheers

Index envy

Cross and Cockade has index listings on the internet and they are so comprehensive it boggles my mind.

http://www.crossandcockade.com/pdf/34index.pdf

Is one such listing if you are looking for the ultimate way to make one...

On the flip side now I know who to ask questions on articles in previous issues

Jagdstaffeln,

Wow, that is truly an index I will have to work hard and see what I can produce.

Question

Some time ago there was a poll concerning the idea of "republishing" older magazines on CD-Rom (not only "Cross and Cockade").

What happened to this wondeful idea?

Having in mind how hard it is to find magazines published decades ago and the additional problem to get those here in Germany it would be a huge help for all those interested in early military aviation.

Just curious ...
