Decal Exchange/ Thanks Stephen/Need them Ask,Got them Offer
I mentioned this in the last Post on the Nieuport 11,16 21 thread. I would like to thank Stephen lawson for sending me the Storks Markings from his kits !
Along these Lines I have about 62 available SE5A schemes for 56 Sq.( Americal Gryphon) that I will not use. All in 1/48th. I propose that if anyone has any Decals they know are spares that they send a list to this thread( Or create a special Decal exchange thread on this board) and make them available to those seeking markings for their projects! Let me know what you think

Sounds like a good idea. And there are some kits that have decals for more than one a/c. Even if you plan to build more than one you would need 2 plus kits.

I have lots of decals myself. I would love to get some Americal/Gryphon 1/32 lozenge if anyone wants to trade for anything.

Well if this is the place for decal swaps to start---- Anyone have the newest re-release of the Revell of Germany 1/28 Fokker Triplane and is not going to use the kit decals? Have a Voss set or the Triplane section from the 1/28 IPMS decal or ????

If this thread doesn't work as The Exchange Thread, perhaps we need to announce a new thread and make its' purpose clear in the Title? If it does work, great! Unfortunantly all I have in the way of 28th decals are old sets of what you mentioned. Also no 1/32nd Lozenge. I do have a lot of 48th stuff from AG, including the aforementioned 56 Sq. sheets, and also some SPAD VII and XII markings for SPA. 26,73,and103. Lots of old Aeromaster Partials for German Aircraft.

stephen lawson recently had provided the Storks markings he had in excess. after some thought,and probably reading my post re 56 Sq. RFC/RAF decals I had, he requested the markings for Grinnell Milne. I am happy to provide these as I will not be building Milnes aircraft! This is what this thread is all about!!

I love the Aerodrome!!!!!!!!!! These will go nicely on my 1/48 Roden SE 5a. Also it looks like I have some 1/28 Copper State Models 4 colour lozenge and mid production OAW cowling panels left over.

Greetings all;
RAGIII has been kind enough to pass on to me The decals needed for a 56 RAF SE 5a for Grinnell-Milne. To that end I have just rec'd some copies of 1/48 aircraft components. (Roden, Eduard Pavala, old Jager Copper State Models.) This includes engines guns, wheels, radios and etc. These are not for sale but would be willing to trade for similar parts. PM me and tell me what your looking for and what you have to trade. I'm always looking for 1/48 photoetch for those of you who don't care for it.
