Simply put, what colours helmet, jacket, pants and boots. I plan to use Copper State Models British pilot #170 - it seems to be the most generic pilot available. TIA
The normal coluring of leather or wool basic equipment is pretty easy to hazard a guess. Though there are a couple of books on the subject of uniforms or specifically try some of our members here that fly the Belgian Tricolour Flag. I'm guessing a field drab ...drab olive brown?

Sorry fot the late answer, but I was unable to find one of my book. In their book "L'uniforme et les armes des soldats de la guerre 1914-1918", Liliane and Fred Funcken give us two pilots. I join a scan of their drawing.
