Ok then, some of Mine...
Here are some that you may have seen before on another well known forum.
The first is Rodens' 1/48 Bristol Fighter. It really is the scariest Bipplane I've built... I don't know why, but as I go on as a modeller, I start to stress about things like wing alignment and struts a whole lot more than I used to.
I judged this as the most frustrating builld I have ever done. Note: the Air driven fuel pump is missing courtesy of the Carpet Monster.
Next is the Roden 1/72 Felizstowe. The markings are actually a F3, not a F2a.
I judged this as the Funnest build I have ever done... It took me three years from go to whoa... Decal issues, rigging issues... Sheesh!
More later.
Cheers,
Hugh

Looks like that Snipe's lower port aileron may need a bit of attention . . . . .

Airfix 1/72 Albatros DVa von Richthofen built by Don Hinton

Airfix 1/72 Albatros DVa in Richthofen's markings, sort of (I didn't replicate the painted-over balkenkruz on the tail, nor did I have some of the other decals I needed). Remember, this was before the Eduard and other very nice kits that are available today. The Airfix plastic was the hardest, most brittle plastic I've ever handled. I thinned the wings, replaced the tail planes, scratchbuilt the cockpit, and replaced all struts with brass rod filed to strut shape chordwise. Two pieces of rigging are missing now, after suffering through five moves since I built it, including two moves overseas and two back to the mainland. Oh, the red paint in the pictures looks too magenta, it looks better on the kit. Kit dimensions are approximately 4" long, 4.75" wingspan and 1.75" to the top of the prop, another tiny model.
