Black and White photo's

Hi All, I was recently following a discussion (can't seem to find it now) about determining colours from black and white photo's. I wasn't overly convinced by many of the arguements and thought some of you might find these photo's interesting.
Whilst we have the benefit of the colour version in my supplied sample, what colours would YOU have ascribed to the various colours on these photos - ingnoring the face that the emu gives us certain clues. Note especially the difficulty in differentiating between the red and blue in the top right picture.

Interesting. I might well have thought the fuselage to be aluminum doped rather than CDL, or at least admitted it to be a possibility.
