The info on Mikes site is great when it comes to matching colours to manufactures. Check this info and the chips out on his site ... http://www.misterkitusa.com/

Ross Thanks !!! for the kind Words !!
A further Update is Ihave been able to finally ADD PAYPAL Services inorder to process Credit Card transactions for those so inclined to expedite thier orders for a nominal fee.
If you email me your order and shipping address I can initate a PAYPAL "Invoice" for the amount due which I can have sent directly from them to your email address. At which point there are several pay options including Credit Card Payment which I can now accept thru them.
Seriously though if you haven't tried these colors Order now. If you have and want more Order Now before the paints in stock run low and you have to wait on the next restock order.
A further word to the Wise , the cost per paint will be going up sometime during the early first quarter of 2006 to reflect higher International shipping and operational costs and currency conversion.

For UK readers.................
I grabbed a good selection of these paints from Aeroclub at Telford, and I am hooked!
Despite being a dyed-in-the-wool enamel user, I am now a convert. The colour matches to current thinking are very good indeed and the paint itself thinned with distilled water and sprayed at around 20psi through my Badger 150 go on very well and clean up easily as well as dispensing with the odour of my usual enamel cocktail of 50/50 cellulose (lacquer) and enamel thinners!
I was so impresed that I ordered the full range from Aeroclub, who's service was excellent. They have just had a restock, so all colours are available.
As an aside Aeroclub are an excellent alternative mail order source for those who are wedded to the ubiquitous Hannants, perhaps their stocks are smaller but they do carry lines such as these paints and Part photoetch which Hannants don't - and they are a very nice bunch of people (not that Hannants aren't, of course!) who deserve your encouragement. Who else has given us a 1/48 FE2, BEs, masses of white metal accessories, etc. as well as the excellent biplane jig?
Sorry to hijack your thread, Mike, but as you and Aeroclub operate in different regions, I doubt there's a conflict!

No I don't mind at all. It's ALL About the paint !!! Iam so happy to hear from someone with some actual experience thinining and using it. Also As I have said they are well known and popular thru out the european Markets. Giorgio and Marco from MIsterKit Often comment about how many shows they attend and represent. Ive had some experience with overseas orders, I can handle them thru Paypal now only US Global Priorty Mail is a bit expensive overseas. Besides I leave that side of the Pond alone per my agrreement to represent and import these colors here in the States.
For SOOOOO LOng here in the US everyone has and still do just stare at the Testors/ModelMaster Paint racks in the Local Hobby Store Scratching thier heads and convincing themselves that one Olive Drab over another British Khaki or Sand Color will DO? Can't blame anyone, it's Always been that way. Here there NEVER has been an Alternative. It is slow going here to try and introduce what and where of all places we should have had decades ago and that is A Line of Hobby Paint Colors Specifcly matched to the WWI ACFT we ALL love to build so much !
Really if you have'nt had them before you don't know what your missing when it comes to covering a WWI ACFT and actully being able to match the Profile in the instructions with the actual COlors. Please Order NOW!
Actually I am more jealous you were able top be there (Telford) to be able to pick up one of those metal Biplane Wing attachment JIGS !!! Ahhhhhrrrgh ! Why aren't they listed on their web page yet for retail even if it were only an advance order !

I actually missed buying the jig at Telford....
much to my regret, although I watched a demo by John Adams; but there is a silver lining as John tells me that he has since done a bit of a redesign and the next batch (due at Aeroclub anytime now) will incorporate a few improvements. I have been promised one for Christmas, if only to take some of the blue hue out of the air! Give Aeroclub a call and I'm sure they can put one aside for you (not forgetting the time difference - of course!). You could also drop them an email.
On the paint front, I have been very happy with the colours and their match to "current thinking" (don't want to be any more dogmatic than that - dangerous ground!) with a slight questionmark over PC 10, which looks pretty light - although it may be properly representative of a slightly aged finish as the colour faded quite quickly. Other than that the results so far have been excellent - I especially like the very different national insignia colours and different CDL versions.
If you haven't tried them - you really are missing out!

Mike, I just went and looked ref. thread of Ross at the Nieuport in "French Aluminum Dope".
Am familiar with and use your line of paint but this one is new to me.
How is it different than
-anyone's silver paint?
-a home brew of silver and mix?
Can you say more?
Do you have a similar product for Pfalz alu-dope finishes?
I love your paint line.
