1/72 Curtiss Jenny (kitbashed)

Here's some pics of the 1/72 Curtiss Jenny Gunnery/Bombing trainer I bashed from the venerable 1/72 Airfix DH-4. The engine is modified from the Revell Fokker DVII and the radiator is scratchbuilt. The struts were scratched from toothpics and the landing gear was scratched from spares. The vertical stab was scratched from plastic card. The louvers that didn't photograph well were made from the crimped end of a foil bag of chips. The cockpit is the extra from the Roden SE-5a. Decals are from Blue Rider, tail stripes were hand painted and rigging is, as always, courtesy of my sewing box.
