This should make dealing with that dreadful Battle Axe kit unnecessary.

Interesting that they only provide an early version upper wing. Looks like another reason to release another kit...

Does anyone know if it's possible to obtain decals for this scale Albatros for Werner Voss's aircraft?

Was his an early or late version?

Sorry for all the questions.

... but they do not announce this to be Albatros D.III 'Early', like they done before, when there has been other versions following. Does this mean that they'll check first, if this one sells before announcing 'Late', 'OAW' or even several Oefag versions?

The aftermarket reacted rather quickly to Roden's 1/32 Dr. 1. Alb. D.III is not quite that popular, but I think it is quite possible that some aftermarket sheets are coming.

It's listed as a "NEW 2006" Release. I pre-order and already received the Roden FI last week from a Ploish Web-site the features Polish made "PART" PE Frets who make an awesome set for the Roden DRI & DVI series whihc compliments the Eduard Color Fret for the DRI. The awesome thing is they are INEXPENSIVE !!! Say Early Eduard Days Before they were popular inexpensive ? Everything itn he Polish currency seems as if its hundreds of dolloar but its not its less that tens of dollars. THE Roden FI is still listed as a Pre-Order with Greatmodels which means its not in stock yet

http://www.jadarhobby.waw.pl/aircraft-132-c-5_138.html

.

Niether of these sites list the Alb as a Pre-order even yet so I wouldn't expect its release for at least a month or two ? Hopefully it will come soon. I see already I could build four of them !!
