Smile 1/32 Tom's Modelworks Alb D-III Brass Set # 514

Well the wait for this set is over as the set is now available !

What is included? Well, of 1st importance to most of us here is the brass radiator to overlay OR MOVE it for to the starbord off set position. 3 separate pieces for the upper and lower detail do the trick and are perfectly sized.

Next is the 2 spandau jackets and 10 additional pieces to detail the guns.

Then come 18 wire tensioning buckles with .011" eyes for wire or monofiliment. 4 each of the seat buckles and shoulder harness ends and adjusters (use your favorite material for the belts)

A rudder bar/boot stap and 2 tail pane control cable attachments are included, along with the 5 different types of the fuselage external fastners in the proper number required. The instruction sheet shows placement for these that most likely would be removed during normal construction/filing/sanding as well as noting 6 separate references for additional views--Windsock data files etc,. There are 6 of the large circular access panels and 2 smaller (for rudder cables at rear of fuselage).

Some nice little extras include a tachometer bezel, foot entry frame and the locking handle for the control column are included.

One final bonus is on the instruction sheet itself in the form of a special offer for a Generous Discount on one of his other sets to those who purchase this set !!

Price is $11.00 the same as his Dr-I/D-VI set dierct from Tom at:

I ordered 2 sets myself. They should be here next week. Can't wait.
