Naked 1/72 DVII for buckle display

Hello Lads and lasses,

I have been asked by many of our fellow modellers for info on my buckles for "weenie" scale, 1/72 in other words what they look like and such. I have added some pictures for those who are wondering.

These buckles are the same for 1/48, you just need to apply some extra paint to the shaft to bring these beauties up to scale.

Cheers me dears...
Bob Von Buckle

And I thought this was about a stripped DVII frame

Those look great, can be used for rigging wires as well?

I guess they could be used as flying wires, never really gave it a thought.

I knocked up the DVII this afternoon whilst being cocooned indoors due to having a new boiler fitted. It made a nice change not having to worry about glue marks and painting, I even left the cockpit on the sprue.
