Aerobase of Japan has 1/144 & 1/48 Fokker Dr.I. Their other kits include Zeppelin, Wright Flyer and Spirit of St. Louis in other scales.

Hi John.

The only big kit I know of is a Camel. The one that Ken Foran did the brass
master of.

Camel would be far better as everyone knows that the RFC
flew Camels. :-)

Ken's camel is the gold standard,I am afraid that the model expo version is no where even close.Ken's model was made in limited edition for Fine Art Models.
I will probably use the model expo kit as a basis for lots of scratchbuilding a sea-Camel.

Just an idea but, they might make for interesting displays. Say a strip down small scale version on someone's bench in your diorama? As if one of your mechanics was cobbling up a small model for a presentation or a child's toy.

Hasegawa

They do (did?) the Camel, Dr-I and SE5a in 1/8 scale.
There is a thread (6 months ago?) on Hasegawa and the secondary market for kits, which seem to be quite pricey.
