Revell Dual 1/28th scale release

Hot on the heels of their Baron and his FunFdecker release, Revell is putting out a dual kit of their 1/28 Fokker Dr1 and Sopwith Camel next month. Called “WW1 Fighter Aces”, its going to be sold with building supplies and includes a color poster. It looks to be aimed at the young builder which is not a bad idea. Our hobby needs all the new recruits it can get. I already know one who this would make a great gift for.

Even though I’ve built many of these over the years and have a couple on the shelf, the packaging just may warrant me to add one to the collection. No price yet but knowing Revell, I’m sure it’s gonna be reasonable.

I bought the triple combination way back in the '60's. It was FI. 102, Brown's Camel and the Spad with the chicken head insignia.
