Hello everyone!
I have this question about metal coat enamels:
How do they behave after time (p.e. 5 years or so)?
Do they still look ok?
And also, should they be varnished together with the rest surfaces of the model, or not? Thanx!
If you mean Model Master buffable and non buffable lacquer paints, yes they look fine and yes you must seal them with a dull lacquer coat not a gloss or other sealer coating.

Is it the same with Humbrol Metal Cote? This is enamel that is supposed to be rubbed with a soft cloth after when dried, and gives a clean and shiny metal finish.
If not, I can get Model Master of course.
