G'day TP,

The decal on the fuselage decking is all one decal.

Eduard supplies lozenge with this kit that is already "pre-cut" to the right shape to fit over the wings, floats and fuselage, so I used these as a template as a starting point. Some trimming was required to get the decal the right shape before application to the model, and some trimming with a sharp blade to get the right shape once it was on the model. As the Pegasus decals are very thin and reacted well to microsol, it was a simple matter of apply decal, apply microsol, let dry, slice decals with sharp blade where there were wrinkles or overlaps, and repeat.

Hello, Brad,

Thanks for the insight. I had expected that, given the large area involved, separate panels might be the answer. I have a few sheets of Pegasus decals (lozenge), so I am very glad to hear that your method was successful: I'll be using it when the time comes. Thanks again.

Cheers,

Gary
