I then attach the rims together at the hub and the clear plastic disk center. Once secure and dried in place I carefull take each section and press them down near the hub so that the outer rim sections will touch the clear plastic disk and using VER LITTLE cyano I let the capillary action draw what it will and then pull away. Keep a pourous rag handy to catch any pools.

Continuing with the guns. First the Lewis gun .303 & Modified Foster Mount.

Next the Vickers .303 Note the DML PE gun Jacket roller fits the 1/32 Pop Vickers perfectly at the thicker end.

In 1/32 Roden has the D.III (Johannistahl built) and D.III OAW (Schneidemuhl built) No D.V types yet. The detail is very good for the plastic kit(s). Many builders also invest in aftermarket brass etch frets. Tom's Modelworks and Part of Poland are popular.

Stephen,

Great build as usual. But I don't get the reference to the "DML" gun jackets. They look killer! (no pun intended) Are they a WW2 item? Did the POP set not come with gun jackets or did I miss something?

Salute,
Steve
