Hmmm..... this is a tough one. I'll say East Prussia. Bear probably comes from a zoo there. :-/

We there are certainly enough turkeys around here for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.

Hey Duckman,

I think the bear got to you. Or rather the bear s..t.

But then, when did they import bears to Europe?

But Tigers are native to Europe ( Whisky & Soda).

While deferring to your expertise in all modelling matters, Prof, I think your ID on this photo is wrong. *While it is certainly Hptm. Walz, the figure on the left is not a bear. It is actually Feldwebel Helmut Schmirzl from Silesia... A sad end for a gallant flyer.
Ahhhh! another bird to add to the holiday feasts, may St. Swizzens be slapped.
Listen to the buzzer ---AAAAANGH!!

Duckman: your the only one to flunk this course but you've done it with style! You forgot to link the diminutive Fwbl. H Schmirzl with the Great Auntie Nymphia Dymphia and the original gansta's of the modern great Model Replicating Houses! To save face I may have to grade you on the curve. :
