glue the needle in the hole and bend it overHighslide JS[/IMG]cut the brass sheet to .60thou wide roll between two small stiff rodsHighslide JS[/IMG]Highslide JS[/IMG]to make it round the rods must be smaller then your gauge so it will roll smallHighslide JS[/IMG]

use the plastic that you punch the disk out of for a jig make the hole bigger so the disk and the brass ring will fit in side itthen super glue the back of it.then find a rod the size of the outside dia and wrap copper wire around it cut the wire down the centertomake wire hoops this is your brazalfor your gaugeHighslide JS[/IMG]Highslide JS[/IMG]Highslide JS[/IMG]glue the hoop onto the gauge body punch out the glass {clear plastic}the same size as the diskand super glue it onHighslide JS[/IMG]Highslide JS[/IMG]then your done then uncross your eyes lol
