scratch built 1\36 scale test a though for indicator needles sorry about the poor photos

I will show you how i made them photos and all!!! thay are ez to make 10 to 15 min apiece .. in three days i will post a how to if you are the only one i will send it to you .....

With due allowance for the camera, Sir, that is very impressive work.

At a guess, I would say sections of brass tubing, with jump rings of brass worked to size and soldered on for bezeling, with cores of styrene stock, either shaved off round rods or punched out of sheet, and bits of wire for the needles.

close but wrong. punch out plastic and flat brass sheet fine wire for needle the flat sheet i rolled between two 1\16 tig electrodes { they are small and hard} why i used sheet brass is i would not be limited to tubing size and you can get brass in hear thickness so scale is not a problem the glass {clear plastic} is punched out the same size as the base plug. the punch is a leather punch the spur type i will post photos there is a little more to it not much.. ooh yea it is all held together with super glue there is a small jig to make but ez to make{holds the brass tight to the plastic and to set the outer ring level and close to the edge of the brass}
