I just pulled out my Pegasus "Airco DH-5" to contemplate it's construction, only to find that inside the box are the parts and instructions for the Airco DH-2

I got this mail order, and not directly from Pegasus / Blue Max.

I'm going to send it back for the DH-5 since I have the eduard DH-2 on the shelf...

That is really irritating! Says a lot for the quality assurance of Pegasus/Blue Max doesn't it?

Frankly, the quality assurance and customer satisfaction of Pegasus/Blue Max leaves something to be desired. A couple of months ago, I bought 2 kits of the Blue Max Albatros D III to find that both kits had engine parts missing. This is 2 e-mails that I have sent them, and they have yet to reply! I managed to build one kit by cannibalizing engine parts from an old kit that used the same engine. However I wonder what I am going to use for the second kit if they dont reply and/or replace the missing parts.

Lets hope that you have better luck.

Sorry to hear of your problems also.

The mail order company that I purchased the kit from is sending me a "correct" replacement, before they even receive my return shipment. So I really can't complain...unless I want to push the issue of return postage ???

I hope your situation works out also.
