Scimitar:
The order you placed on November 18 was processed and mailed the same day. It is with USPS and is in transit to you. Overseas orders seem to be averaging about 10-14 days.
Cheers!

Hi Tom,
At the present moment I have not yet received my order. The only mention on the USPS site in always "In acceptance"...
I've tried to contact USPS, but impossible: the form I'm invited to complete ask for an AMERICAN zip code, of course I haven't such a zip code...
It's 19 days done now, a little bit longer than normal... And I'm so impatient to receive yours decals!!!
Please, can Microsculpt contact USPS for my invoice?
Thanks a lot.
Daniel Clamot.

I agree. This is distressing. I will look into the matter from my end and be in contact.

I wish you luck guys, but the USPS only tracks parcels, if they have a tracking number, while in the US (and with a US preface). Once the package leaves the US, they don't keep track.
Then, it becomes the "responsibility" of the receiving country's postal service. And, for the UK at least, the UK Post Office won't track parcel numbers without a GB preface, ie a package originating in the UK.
The best bet is to register and insure the package, or find a way that requires signatures all the way down the line, even though that'll be more expensive.
This is why companies like FedEx or UPS work better for international mail, albeit at a currently ridiculous price.

This is an absolutely correct accessment. Especially true in Argentina. This is probably the worst postal system in the world. They hold packages for ransom or they outright disappear. FedEx will track items. Yes its more but it gets there. The world we live in today. Its best to label decals as "printed materials."
