Rodens Fokker D.VII ( Schwein )

This will be my next build online , first one for here . Markings for this bird will be C. Alfred Greven Jasta 12 1918 . Lozenge will be Microsculpts 4 colour ( should have enough from my last build ) as well as the texture ones .

The front cowl panels have the new detail added . I do have to refill the fastening holes on the right side and redo them and I'm ready for primer and then paint .

Thanks norcalBob , I will keep the pic's coming . I'm ready to shoot the paint now and start the lozenge on the under wings . I didn't use Micro sculpt lozenge as I intended to use . Had enough for the wings but not the cockpit , so I rob them from the Eduard kit . Still they are a closer match to the colours then what Roden offers in their kit . I will save them and use them for a less attractive scheme on a future project .

Hi Hugh ! I must say it has been some time since I heard or seen you on the forums . I hope every thing is well with you .

Not overly busy , but enough to aid in passing the time . Thanks for the kind words .

Here are some pic's of the shade of colbalt blue . I tried to get as close as I could . It shows up a little lighter in the pic's then what it is . Not a good day for snapping photo's ..............
