Roden haven't done the Fokker D.VII in 32 scale yet

Terri, I'm planning on picking up Roden's 1/48 Fokker D.VII this weekend, assuming my local hobby shop has it.

Hi, Terri,
I have one of these in the stash, so I'll be following your build with interest: I can use all the help I can get!

And few more of the wings ............I did the weathering by mixing Tamiya smoke with a little brown in it and brushed this on by hand ........
A final dusting of light grey pastel will be applied next to finish them off ...

Hey, Terri!
Nice work so far. I did notice a slight "peeling away" on the lower arm of the cross on the left upper wing. I'd suggest a touchup with a small brush, rather than redecal: it's happened to me, and the painted portion blends nicely with the decal once weathering and matting take place.

Just a small note of correction. Rib tapes were one piece around the rib profile. I know that Terri is using what is available. Aside from that it is a fine build.

Good eye there TP ! I didn't even notice that little blemish !! no worries though touch up will be done , no one didn't notice either that the one lower cross white field is bigger then the other one !!! Don't ask how that happen . I used Rodens decals for the national markings .
Thanks Stephen . Still don't have enough of the blue rib tapping to go around the outer edges of the wings . The under sides of the wings should have blue rib tapping? , for some reason Eduard have inclued more of the pink tapping then the blue . I was going to rob some from another kit , but none of the colours match at all . Next time I will spray decal paper with the colour need and go from there and save myself a lot of time and frustration .
