"Fritz Kempf"

Hi, thanks for the "nice" words from all ..............here the next Pictures from 213/17.

Picture 11.............back from Combat, a very dirty Bird
No.16..............you see the Steel-tube from the Rudder behind the Fabric
No.18..............sorry, a bad Photo, you can see the Landing-Gear modification from Jasta2
No.22...............take a look over the Cowling
No.22a............."Die S.E 5 im Visier" hä hä

The Wheeldisk and Tires are not ready painted

@Doug

I painted the completly Dr1 in "standard factory finish" olive/turquoise and over this the individual-Markings from Jasta2...............for more "realistic-look".
With Eagleeye's you can see the "Seriennummer" under the "K".

.........so, i go back now to my Albatros D.I

Hi, .............here more Dr.I pictures ..... think the Bird is ready now to 85%.
The white "K" on the Fuselagesides is to small, must be larger on the upper and lower Side .
You can see it on the Picture from the original 213/17.
I will repair it next week .
The Brass (0,5 and 0,8mm) is for the Jasta2-Landing-Gear-Modification.
