Hey Bertl

I think I could work from your photo alone, But Do you have a Scanner ? Please email me a copy if you could place the cowl face down on the scanner and scan it ? (email it to me ?) I'll work with it maybe I could produce something for the Voss hungary Masses !!

Thats the Best Voss Cowl Ive ever seen. I bet you can hold oyur breath ! I can barely hold mine long enough to paint the Cockpit combing !

Yours Mike

start with the cockpit

@mgtaylor

sorry Mike, I have only a kamera, no scanner.
I'm sure, this cowling is realy not the best you ever have seen
Here are two more pictures for you!

@all

To day, I start to built the cockpit. I used kit-parts with only a little bit scratchbuilt.
It's almost the same as on my E.V or Dr.1 --- but more details as on the Dr.1 "Fritz Kempf"-cockpit, and - of course- , the right color on the frame-tube.

OH YES IT IS !!!! Thank you for the additional photos and extra Head on shot square to the face of the cowl. I will try to work with that image in the future after I am finished my Website re-write. It looks like it will transfer well enough to my graphics software.

Yours Mike

@Doug

I like the used touch on WW1 or WW2 Warbird's. I think, many "factory-clean" models looks like toy's.................. a little bit oil-staining, a little bit exhaust-smoke, mud from the airfield-ground, scratch and bumbs on the cowling --- that is it, that's live in my model builder-eyes

@Philippe

It's a very easy and fast way.............and looks not to bad
