Dear friends,
Thank you all for your very nice comments. They are very much appreciated.
Thanks Rowan. I know, no matter what I chose about the hood, I am sure to regret it. Perhaps I should purchase one more and leave the hood open on that……
I shall send some photos to Wingnut, thank you.
Przemol, thanks very much. The wrinkles are beautiful indeed, and the other manufacturers should learn from this.
Thanks very much, James. Perhaps you should order the Wingnut, and build your Roden while you wait for it…..
Thanks very much, Des. I also have the LVG waiting. Looks great, why don’t you post some pictures of your SE5a and your LVG?
The DH2, ah. I think I shall wish for one as a Christmas present…..
Thank you very much, Graham. Very much appreciated.
Thanks very much, Doug. Well, right now I just need a couple of days without any modelling, but I know that in a very short time I’m on again. I’m actually thinking of building my Roden SE5a, but I also have the WNW F2b and LVG dragging me into their boxes. But I also have the Roden Alb. DI, the SPAD VII and the Nieuport 28, as well as my 1/48 AEG GIV from Hi-Tech on my top ten…….
Bob, thank you so very much. Well, your buckles are quite good for the flat wires also, and judged by the pictures of the attachment points I have seen, I’m quite sure that yours are at least as easy to use also.
Thank you very much, Gregory. You’re wrong about the camera, though. It’s just a rather old 10 mPix Panasonic FZ50. The trick is to shoot RAW-files and use a good RAW-developer like e.g. Lightroom from Adobe. Also, I’ve found out, that it seems best to shoot in low light with long exposure times (1 – 5 sec.) and high apertures.
Kaiser Bill, thanks a lot. I am rather proud….. I just had my son visiting, and he was quite green from envy in his face.
Thank you very much, Nick. Very much appreciated.
Thank you very much, Stephen. I appreciate your comments very much.
Thank you very much, Mikko. You can look forward to starting on yours.
Cheers,
Kofoed
