A 1/72 vacform, I think by Sutcliffe, which is not for the feint hearted. I occasionally see one at a show and prices vary, but wxpect to pay around $50:00
The kit was by Gordon Sutcliffe's firm - CONTRAIL. it was originally released in 1979 and as Peter L said, it's very hard to find now.
There's a two-part article on how to build it in Windsock Sept/Oct and Nov/Dec 1993 issues.
By the looks of the article, building it seems only marginally less difficult than building the real thing.
