I'll be happy with the Fokker DVII, the DH2 and probably the FE2b, as well as the time to build them all!

Adding more "seconds" to the list:

Please sir, could we have some more.

Breguet 14
Nieuport 23
Nieuport 27
(while you are at it, please do the Nieuport 17)
Lohner Flying Boat (L135 is my absolute favorite)
Hansa Brandenburg "Starstrutter"
Aviatik Berg D.1
Phonix D.I/II/III (in Swedish colors!)
Junkers D.1 or even CL.1 two seater

and for something completely different:

Curtiss P6E
Curtiss BFC-2/F11C-2
Curtiss A-8/A-12 Shrike
Boeing F4B-4/P-12E (OK, Hasegawa is pretty nice but imagine them done with ultimate quality)

anything else you can build with Yellow Wings or multi-color camouflage from the 1930's, especially from small air forces or the Spanish Civil War.

Sorry to be off topic on those last items, but you did ask for a list.

I must thank Wingnut Wings for creating two of my favorite aircraft in plastic big enough to really see the details: the Junkers and the LVG C.VI. They are the final reason I am getting rid of all of my kits that are not 1/32 scale and concentrating on the "good stuff".

I'd have to agree, I love to see some international "Yellow wings" era planes. The old Hase stuff is essentially there, but it would be great to see them newly-tooled. There is some '30s stuff in resin from Montex, and Silverwings, but man is it pricey!
For me: Fokkers- Eindecker,DVII
Sopwith PUP, Tripe, a decent Camel
the projected list poted has a lot of great subjects in it as it is, so some would be higher on the list than others, but there's years of building ahead.

I'm going to be careful and write down only one wish, tho almost as lunatic as yours:
