Special Hobby Morane N bullet
I am fairly new to the forum and I am just amazed at the skill and talent that so many members have put into producing such great looking models,I am currently working on the Special Hobby Morane N and have enclosed a couple of photos of my progress so far,the resin pilot is a PJ productions #321110 "English pilot seated" that I purchased from Mike Taylor,I urge you to consider purchasing one of these figures as they really set off the model,I am by no means anywhere near the building level of most of you but I am learning thanks to the forum, I welcome any and all suggestions good or bad,I urge anyone who is considering building the Special Hobby Morane Saulnier N to purchase the Windsock International Vol.22 No.3 May/June 2006 issue,an invaluable build critique by Ray Rimmel, also a 1/32 scale 3 profile line drawing that came in handy for scratch building the landing gear axle as the kit plastic axle is to narrow,I used the wheels from the 1/32 scale hobbycraft Spad XIII. Hi Jeff,
I love your Morane so far--also the pilot.
I see you fitted some neat brass MS logos---they really do make a load of difference---so 'pesky' that Special Hobby did'nt supply them! Kudos to Toms!
Dave.

Morane N
Thanks Dave, I am glad that you mentioned the cowling logo from Tom's Modelworks (seeing as I forgot to),..I am working on the wings and tail and hope to be finished this month with this model, the worst "fit" issue so far has been fitting the cowling over the engine,Thank God for the Dremel Moto tool, but even after thinning out the inner wall of the cowling, the fit was still somewhat snug. Another fit issue is the two short "square" in shape wing spar/nubs that mate to the two "round" holes on each side of the fueselage, this model requires a little more work than I thought it would but so far I have been lucky, thanks for writing Dave. Jeff

Special hobby dropped the ball on this on, They shouldve included photoetch logos on their fret. Douche bags everything you need cept that.
