My favourite characters were Herr Hauptmann and Frau Heidemann. At least in the movie they seemed to be the only decent people.

Bet yall didnt know that they had a S.E.5.a painted like a fokker in hte beginnin when they are landin. and no im not talkin about the tiger moths!

That's no SE.5!

But it has lozenge camouflage and Iron Crosses! It can't be an SE.5!
Besides, it's only 3/4th the size of a real SE.5!

Oh no its not 3/4 size, its full size. Two full size SE5's were built for the Blue Max by FG Miles at Shoreham, they were built from original drawings but used steel tube for the fuselage instead of wood. They were powered by Gipsy Queen engines.
