Peter Jackson's New Deal

Director Jackson agrees to a museum exhibition in exchange for a Sopwith Camel engine.

Yes, in a very recent interview about King Kong, he looks much more healthy and has slendered down quite a bit.

What is muesli? The article mentions that Mr. Jackson went from hamburgers to yogurt and muesli. Is muesli a cereal mix?

I hope he is eating more than just the two items. A variety in diet is in order. Plus ample exercise and rest. (I believe he was averaging 21 hour days while working on King Kong.) We need our guy tanned and rested for that big WWI aerial block buster don't we?

In any case, it is good to see him slimmed down. More power to him.

Muesli

2 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup Rice Bran
2 cups Triticale Flakes
3/4 cup Unprocessed wheat bran
1 1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 tbsp Slivered almonds
3/4 cup Shredded or flaked coconut
2 tbsp Honey
150 ml Fresh orange juice
1/2 cup Apricots, chopped finely
1/2 cup Sultanas
6 pieces Dried apple, chopped finely
5 pieces Dried mango, chopped finely
5 pieces Dried paw paw, chopped finely
6 pieces Prunes, chopped finely

Muesli is a cereal similar in nature to granola. Combined with yogurt is does make a healthy meal. I often eat a dish of granola, yogurt and fresh fruit for my light meal of the day.

A veggie burger in pita bread would be a healthy alternative to the usual hamburgers.
