Joyous Noel

Not airplane related, but Joyous Noel, the story of the 1914 Christmas truce is out and went to see it. It is a superb movie--one of the best I have seen in years.

What year was this movie made? I sure would like to see it.
I think it was Paul McCartney who wrote a song about this incident along with a "music video" as well. Toward the end of the video English and German soldiers are in the middle of "NO Man's Land" playing soccer, talking, laughing their minds totaly of the war then all of a sudden a huge blast from incoming shells send them all running back to their trenches ending the truce. This video is worth looking up, It's been years since I've seen it.

It is brand new and won awards at one of the film festivals. I guess it was made in the last year or two. My wife and daughter also thought it was superb.
