Ernst Udet video

This is amazing! Found this video of Ernst Udet demonstrating his flying skill at an exhibition.

Here's the link.

Ernst Udet

It wonderful to see this bit of history preserved.

Hello,

I just purchased on DVD S.O.S Eisberg (1933). It stars both Ernst Udet and Leni Riefenstahl (the famous director of Triumph des Willens). It has quite a few flying scenes, most, if not all, performed by Udet. The scenic beauty of the film is also noteworthy.

regards,

Darren

Many thanks for posting this link Flieger! Now, I've finally seen the "wingtip snatch", even though the cloth banner looked to be a bit bigger than Mary Pickford's handkerchief probably was!
